IMPORTANT: This is a subscription-based service that automatically renews. Please read these Terms carefully (particularly Section 5 regarding subscription fees, auto-renewal, and cancellation) before starting a free trial or completing any purchase.
You must affirmatively cancel your subscription or free trial at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or current subscription period in your App Store account settings to avoid being charged. Deleting the App from your device does not cancel your subscriptions or free trials.
1.1. The mobile application Kegel Pro+ and any associated content, tools, and services (collectively the "Service") are distributed and operated by the individual developer ("I," "me," or "my").
1.2. Your access to and use of the Service constitutes your legally binding agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not download, access, or use the Service.
1.3. These Terms incorporate by reference my Privacy Policy. I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.
2.1. THE SERVICE DOES NOT OFFER OR PROVIDE ANY KIND OF MEDICAL ADVICE, HEALTH INSURANCE, OR OTHER HEALTHCARE SERVICES. This includes any medical counseling, diagnostics, testing, clinical evaluations, prescriptions, procedures, or therapeutic interventions related to physical exercise, nutrition, pelvic floor health, or the prevention, diagnosis, or treatment of any medical condition.
2.2. The Service is intended strictly as a self-guided educational and fitness tool. It is never a substitute for professional healthcare services, physical therapy, or medical diagnosis.
2.3. You acknowledge that exercise activities involve inherent physical risks and you voluntarily assume all such risks.
2.4. YOU SHOULD CONSULT WITH A LICENSED PHYSICIAN BEFORE STARTING ANY TRAINING PROGRAM. You take sole and full responsibility for your health, life, and well-being.
2.5. I do not assume liability for inaccuracies, omissions, or misstatements about exercises or content in the App.
2.6. No Guarantees of Success: I make no guarantees concerning results. Any testimonials represent exceptional outcomes and are not intended to guarantee similar results.
3.1. All content within the App is proprietary and protected by global intellectual property laws.
3.2. I grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use. Redistribution, sale, decompiling, reverse engineering, or exploitation of the App is strictly prohibited.
4.1. The availability of the App depends on the App Store from which you downloaded it (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
4.2. Your license is conditioned on compliance with App Store terms. The App Stores are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
5.1. Free to Download: The App is free to download; premium features are offered on a subscription basis.
5.2. Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You authorize the App Stores to charge the fee to your payment method.
5.3. Cancellation Policy: Cancel through your App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
5.4. Free Trials: Unless cancelled 24 hours before trial end, your access converts to a paid subscription. I may modify or terminate trial offers without notice.
5.5. Refunds: Managed entirely by Apple and Google. Contact their support directly for refund requests.

7.2. I make no warranties that the App will be secure, error-free, uninterrupted, accurate, or that any specific outcome will be achieved.
8.1. I SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES arising from your use or inability to use the App.
8.2. MY AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE TOTAL SUBSCRIPTION FEES YOU ACTUALLY PAID.
8.3. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.
9.1. These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10.1. Waiver & Severability: Failure to enforce any right does not waive it. Invalid provisions will be reformed while preserving intent.
10.2. Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and me.
10.3. Electronic Communications: Clicking "I AGREE," "START FREE TRIAL," "SUBSCRIBE," or "CONTINUE" establishes a legally binding contract.
